I found the hotel quite clean and the staff very helpful. They assisted with all my requests efficiently. the shuttle service to the airport was prompt and convenient. i also really liked that there were many restaurants nearby. I found some great dining options within walking distance.

the room's air conditioning seemed to have limited control. it was difficult to adjust the temperature to my preference, resulting in some discomfort overnight.

The room i had was quite disappointing. The carpet was bumpy and seemed in need of stretching. the desk lamp didn't work at all. also, the towels were worn and frayed, a detail i found rather unpleasant. there wasn't a kettle available in the room for making tea.

unfortunately, there was no complimentary water in the room. i found that unusual. also, the bathroom water was rusty before running clear. i did have to wait a while for clean water.
